However, sometimes these chunks are not examples of common language use but phrases that are so famous that they become <strong>permanent cultural and linguistic reference points<\/strong>, like &#8216;I think, therefore I am&#8217;, &#8216;To be or not to be, that is the question&#8217; and &#8216;That&#8217;s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind&#8217;.
