El principio es que los estudiantes deber\u00edan pasar una parte significativa del tiempo de clase comunic\u00e1ndose de una manera aut\u00e9ntica. Tambi\u00e9n se le da la oportunidad de incorporar nuevo vocabulario dentro de su discurso y practicar hablando de diferentes formas (conversaci\u00f3n, presentaci\u00f3n, informes, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Nuestra intenci\u00f3n al promover el Task-Based Learning es permitir a nuestros alumnos aprender el idioma a trav\u00e9s del uso del idioma de una forma motivadora, pr\u00e1ctica y verdaderamente \u00fatil en t\u00e9rminos de habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n del siglo XXI las cuales son esenciales en nuestra vida privada y profesional. Esto no significa que abandonemos las formas m\u00e1s tradicionales de aprendizaje, como por ejemplo el estudio directo de estructuras gramaticales, pero lo que intentamos es encontrar un balance que priorice las necesidades reales de nuestros alumnos.<\/p>\n<p>La respuesta de nuestros profesores a estas series de sesiones de formaci\u00f3n ha sido extremadamente positiva y altamente creativa. El prop\u00f3sito de aplicar una metodolog\u00eda de aprendizaje es conocer como adaptarla a las circunstancias y necesidades de nuestros alumnos, y durante la semana pasada nuestros profesores han contribuido con docenas de grandes ideas para un aprendizaje exitoso basado en la metodolog\u00eda TBL.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso, si no lo has probado todav\u00eda, desde King\u00b4s Training recomendamos TBL para un mundo real, \u00a1experiencia pr\u00e1ctica de aprendizaje que da prioridad a la comunicaci\u00f3n real y aut\u00e9ntica por encima del estudio del idioma en 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Task-Based Learning: Teacher Training at King&#8217;s Training (English Version)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>At King\u2019s we are currently focusing our teacher training on Task-Base Learning (TBL) in English language learning and how this can help our students in their progress.<\/p>\n<p>Task-Based Learning is a technique which is very important to our teaching approach.\u00a0 The principle is that learners should spend a significant part of class time communicating meaning.\u00a0 This means planning a series of mini-tasks around a central \u2018target task\u2019 to provide a multi-stage process of communication.<\/p>\n<p>The following is a flowchart of the basic process with an example given at each stage:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/virtualcampus.kingstraining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/TBL-english.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3492 aligncenter\" given the chance to repeat and consolidate language use through the different stages of the process.\u00a0 She is also given the opportunity to incorporate new language into her speech and to practice speaking in different ways (conversation, presentation, reporting, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Our intention in promoting Task-Based Learning is to allow our students to learn language through using language in a way which is motivating, practical and truly useful in terms of twenty-first century communication skills which are essential in our private and professional lives.\u00a0 This does not mean that we abandon more \u2018traditional\u2019 ways of learning, like the direct study of grammatical structure, for example, but that we try to find a balance which prioritises the real needs of our students.<\/p>\n<p>The response of our teachers to this series of training sessions has been extremely positive and highly creative.\u00a0 The key point to applying a learning methodology is knowing how to adapt it to circumstances and student needs, and over the past week or so our teachers have come up with dozens of great ideas to learn successfully with TBL.<\/p>\n<p>So, if you haven\u2019t tried it before, we at King\u2019s Training recommend TBL for a real-world, practical learning experience which puts the communication of meaning first!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
