 




{"id":3277,"date":"2017-01-26T12:23:45","date_gmt":"2017-01-26T12:23:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kingstraining.com\/?p=3277"},"modified":"2023-09-19T10:59:07","modified_gmt":"2023-09-19T10:59:07","slug":"talleres-de-dar-clase-de-ingles-individual-en-kt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/virtualcampus.kingstraining.com\/es\/talleres-de-dar-clase-de-ingles-individual-en-kt\/","title":{"rendered":"Talleres de Impartici\u00f3n de Clases Individuales de Ingl\u00e9s en KT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><u>Como Dar Clases Individuales \u2013 Taller de Profesores<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hemos comenzado el a\u00f1o aqu\u00ed en KT con una serie de talleres de formaci\u00f3n para nuestros profesores enfocados en las clases de ingl\u00e9s individuales.\u00a0 Ense\u00f1ar y aprender en una clase individual es una experiencia muy distinta a la de un grupo.\u00a0 Hemos investigado las siguientes \u00e1reas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>Los distintos papeles del profesor en clase<\/u>: \u00bfCu\u00e1ndo hacemos el papel de <strong>Compa\u00f1ero de Conversaci\u00f3n, Observador e Auditor, Proveedor de Feedback, Gu\u00eda y Mentor<\/strong> o <strong>de Aprendiz<\/strong>? \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos utilizar estos distintos papeles para mejorar la experiencia de nuestro alumno?<\/li>\n<li><u>La adaptaci\u00f3n de materiales a la modalidad individual<\/u>: \u00bfQu\u00e9 sabemos del estilo de aprendizaje de nuestro alumno, sus necesidades y preferencias, y c\u00f3mo impacta ese conocimiento en nuestro uso de materiales y actividades en clase? \u00bfPodemos convertir ese ejercicio de gram\u00e1tica en un juego de rol para adaptarlo al gusto de nuestro alumno para las actividades orales?\u00a0 \u00bfQuiz\u00e1s una persona visual sacar\u00e1 m\u00e1s provecho revisando el guion de una actividad de listening para concretar los objetivos de aprendizaje?<\/li>\n<li><u>Ideas de clase pr\u00e1cticas<\/u> para tener un impacto real y abrir nuevas posibilidades de aprendizaje. A continuaci\u00f3n hay un ejemplo en el papel de <strong>Compa\u00f1ero de Conversaci\u00f3n<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>El profesor dicta unas palabras bastante b\u00e1sicas, como <em>kind, loyal, dishonest, lie, help<\/em> para que el alumno las coloque en una de las dos listas de la tabla abajo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<table class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"height: 176px; border-color: #000000; background-color: #b4ede9; width: 311px;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr style=\"height: 12px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 147px; height: 12px;\">Good boss<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 150px; height: 12px;\">Bad boss<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 135px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 147px; height: 135px;\"><\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 150px; height: 135px;\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>El profesor sigue con unas palabras m\u00e1s ambiguas, como <em>strong, sad, problem, talk, argue <\/em>para a\u00f1adir a las listas.<\/li>\n<li>Se habla de los significados y elecciones de las palabras, ampliando opiniones y sentimientos sobre ellos. Se contrastan opiniones y experiencias de alumno y profesor.<\/li>\n<li>El alumno a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s palabras propias a las listas.<\/li>\n<li>Se utiliza la informaci\u00f3n para crear descripciones de buenos y malos jefes para una presentaci\u00f3n o trabajo escrito.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Esta actividad es <strong>sencilla, estructurada, colaborativa, imaginativa, centrada en el alumno y genera lenguaje desde un proceso comunicativo entre alumno y profesor<\/strong>.\u00a0 <u>\u00a1Por eso nos encanta!<\/u><\/p>\n<p>En estos talleres hemos incrementado nuestros <strong>conocimientos<\/strong> sobre el \u00a0tema, hemos <strong>practicado<\/strong> unas <strong>t\u00e9cnicas realmente \u00fatiles<\/strong> y compartido ideas entre <strong><u>nuestro experimentado, creativo y comprometido grupo de profesores!<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Teaching One-to-One \u2013 Staff Workshop<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have started the year here at KT with a series of workshops for our teachers on the key area of one-to-one, or individual English class.\u00a0 Teaching and learning in a one-to-one class is a very different experience from a group!\u00a0 We focused on the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>Teacher roles in class<\/u>: when are we a <strong>Conversation Partner<\/strong>, an <strong>Observer and Listener<\/strong>, a <strong>Feedback Provider<\/strong>, a <strong>Mentor and Guide<\/strong> or a <strong>Learner<\/strong>? How can we use these different roles to enhance the learner experience?<\/li>\n<li><u>Adapting materials for 1-1 use<\/u>: What do we know about our student\u2019s learning style, needs and preferences and how does that impact on our use of materials and class activities? Can that grammar exercise be presented as a role-play to appeal to our student\u2019s keenness on speaking activities?\u00a0 Perhaps a visual learner will really benefit from an audio script analysis after a listening activity to cement learning outcomes\u2026<\/li>\n<li><u>Practical class ideas<\/u> to really create an impact and open up new learning possibilities. Here is an example in the role of <strong>Conversation Partner<\/strong>:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>The teacher dictates some fairly easy words, like <em>kind, loyal, dishonest, lie, help <\/em>for the student to put into one of the lists in the box below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<table class=\"aligncenter\" style=\"height: 188px; width: 335px; border-color: #000000; background-color: #b4ede9;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr style=\"height: 18px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 164px; height: 18px;\">Good boss<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 157px; height: 18px;\">Bad boss<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 149px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 164px; height: 149px;\"><\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 157px; height: 149px;\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>The teacher continues with some more ambiguous words, like <em>strong, sad, problem, talk, argue <\/em>to add to the lists.<\/li>\n<li>Discussion of words and choices between one list or the other, extending into feelings and opinions about the words.
