How do you toss your pancakes?

In the UK Pancake Day involves tossing, or flipping, your pancake so you can cook the other side. It requires a reversal to ensure that the pancake is well cooked. English has a small collection of phrases that we use regularly to indicate a reversed physical situation. Can you see what they are by filling in the blanks below?
